Hi. Just want to ask you gais. Is it anyone have been join any programmed for maintain your stamina or any thing ? If have. Can i join. Such as Zumba or what ever. I have mission before 2018. To stay healthy and stay fit . Hope i can achieved my mission. Huhu.

just go to the gym la.zumba at home also can, just buy zumba video. hahaha.eat healthy food also can maintain ur health.eat good food ur body also is good.
