they said celcom modernization is ongoing edy maybe you can go fb check for their schedule or website coverage there 
can check for location time and whether is done a not

isit really stable ? which are are u from .. becoz sometimes when im inside a tall building i cant get line.. even the 4G went to "E" ..

then i think u should only use first gold.. since its only 10+10GB and unlimited call.. so much worth than first blue Clap

Celcom also does provide unlimited calls, it's slightly expensive than RM 70 offered by U, which is 20GB for RM80, but we have to say, the line and coverage of celcom is def better than U haha

The carried forward features is not valid in the latest plan, but yes, I agree that the Celcom line is the most stable one in my opinion

how good is it if there is a student price for the celcom first plan. I would suggest that celcom can come out with an affordable budget plan specially for students. Overall, celcom is one of the most competitive among the telcos
